The superintendent in the middle behind the 2 other Peel Region employees there to serve the senior and the second picture is where the superintendent move into the door to unlock it illegally for the other employee to put the documents inside.

Landlord and Tenant Board allows such service which is illegal

From a prominent lawyer's website about Landlord and Tenant in Ontario states basically that even when the teneat isn''t served legally, that's fine with the Landlord and Tenant Board'

Legal Aid Ontario doesn't pay for lawyers or paralegals to represent tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board, while social housing providers like Peel Living have whole legal department for evicting tenant including vulverable seniors that get booted out back onto the street to die or commit suicide

Lawyers at Peel Region seek to "eliminate the surplus elderly population in social housing".
